The view over Gosford and the waters from the back rooms was worth the stairs. It is close to the M1

Reception staff was friendly, welcoming and quickly responded with a room change when we notified her of an electrical fault in the allocated room. Bed was comfortable (although only a small double, not a queen) and room was clean. Room was a spacious and there was an eating bench, chairs and microwave, crockery and cutlery. Despite location on highway, noise was low in the closed room. Significant storage areas.
