Amazing and friendly lady at the reception desk. Nice room with a view. We had a very good time and good rest. The location is in the middle of the city right next to the Alatay metro station.

Location is near Alatau metro, public transpo, mall, 24-hour library, restos & a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very clean accommodations with reasonable rates.

Nice and clean, great position near buses, metro and shops. If you like your own company and don't expect people to be friendly it's good, (I was the only westerner) Negatives 1. It was far to hot inside the rooms 2. Staff not helpful or friendly, took my money gave me the key and that was it. 3. Watch younger girl on desk she tries to get extra money out of you. 4 staff live in the same room which isn't fair on everyone.
