Superb house in the perfect location. The property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Don’t forget to look in the sideboard for games, books, dvds and most useful maps which we didn’t see until we were leaving. Only two minutes to the beach for dog walks and well located for the Broads and places like Southwold. Everywhere on this coast is refreshingly well kept and immaculately clean.
