Great clean house, very nice owners, everyrhing perfect. Small shop right next to the house was another plus. Great swimming pool for kids.

Villa d’Arsa is a truly beautiful and brand new holiday house (only 5 years old). It has everything you need for the perfect holiday to spend time together. A well maintained and beautiful garden, which is fully fenced and offers multiple playground activities for little kids (swing, slides, sand, trampoline) or older kids (PS4, table tennis & table football) Besides, the swimming pool is amazing, lovely temperature and offers an easy entry, also ideal with little kids. Inside three spacious bedrooms, all offering their own bath rooms! Perfect if you would like to enjoy some privacy. The kitchen is also fully equipped and offers everything you need. The house was spotless clean upon arrival. If you are up to enjoy a relaxing holiday, this is a perfect place, especially as a tiny supermarket is within 1 min walking distance (larger supermarket is 15 min drive). Also a good hub to visit the main touristic attractions (Rovinj, Pula, Motovun etc.) as they are all a 45 min drive.
