Situated in Göreme, the centre of Capadoccia it is an ideal place to spend a few days to discover the area. Very good interlinked pick up/drop off system with the other companies (balloon, cave visits; etc)

The location, was good - not in the middle of confusion of the center town. We were able to see a very close balloon. The reception gave good tips to visit on close by locations. Good swimming pools. The restaurant was very good.

There are lots of positives about the hotel, it is quite picturesque and had lots of authentic elements dotted around. The rooms are big and the cave element is nice, the bathrooms are very original and huge. The rooms look the part but do need some updating. The biggest positive was the breakfast which was plentiful and had lots of local foods, the staff at the restaurant are so helpful and nice. We also had dinner there and that was amazing, the local clay pot dish so tasty and loved the theatrical presentation. They set up the table for us so nicely and it’s a shame we didn’t go and eat there few more nights. 10/10 recommend the restaurant. The hotel has little animals which the kids really enjoyed, not so much the rooster at 5am but we were up early anyway. The male manager at reception when we checked out was nice and if he was there for the rest of our stay things may have been different. Lots of areas at the hotel weren’t set up yet, it is just the start of the season but the other hotels around had everything looking nice whilst this one had piles of carpets in the middle of the terrace and unused seating areas. It would have been nice to have somewhere to watch the balloons in the morning, in the end we went to a different hotels terrace. Just a bit lazy not to have things looking nice even for the spring guests not just the summer ones.
