Contact from staff was amazing from pre arrival to keeping me updated when out and about re my balloon ride being cancelled. Breakfast offers lots of choice and great coffee.

Everything.. Love the building .. staff was good. breakfast was yummy and had many options. Owner was v nice person. And staff was v helpful i felt like i am living with my family. Would visit again. And would recommend to all

Really friendly & helpful reception staff. The location is fantastic. I checked out very early for bus so they made me a nice takeaway box. They also let me check in early as my room was available, so that was appreciated.

we stayed in the pool suite room and It was an unforgettable experience!! Absolutely amazing room, best one we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot of gorgeous places. The only downside to the room is that as there’s no windows it can get very moist in there especially if the sauna has been on and so we didn’t really use the sauna much for this reason. The property is in an amazing location and it’s a gorgeous hotel!!
