Payment for the reservation is made online or upon check-in at the reception desk with a credit/debit card or in cash in Bulgarian leva. Dogs are allowed for additional charge of 30 BGN per night up to 5kgs.Dogs are allowed for additional charge of 60 BGN per night up to 15kgs. Dogs above 15kgs are not allowed.Other pats are not allwoed.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely responsive and acted promptly to address any situation, even if nothing major occurred — their efficiency and professionalism truly stood out. The Animation Team did an excellent job, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the food options catered to all tastes.

The staff’s attitude. Always helpful and with a smile on. Very good people all around!! And being there with kids, the pool made everything just better.

The staff was responsive to any requests, the junior animators were amazing with the kids and they were full of energy every day. The day care for kids is open twice a day from 10 to 12 and from 16 to 18, there is a room full of toys and outside there is another play area. Overall is a food stay if you want to stay in.
