We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location is good, just a short walk to the beach, close to local shops and the town center. A special thanks goes to the general manager, whose kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge made a lasting impression on us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. It’s those little things that make a big difference and truly elevate the experience. While the hotel didn’t offer kids animation, we actually found this to be a plus as it made the experience feel more relaxed and less noisy. The calm atmosphere was perfect for our toddler to explore and enjoy himself. Of course, if you’re looking for flaws, you can always find something. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything! We would like to especially thank the hotel manager Mr. Yordan Atanasov, who is actively involved and clearly does his job with passion and professionalism. His presence is felt in every detail, and the way he leads the team is reflected in high quality of the services offered. Also the whole team as well including Asen guy from pool bar,„giovanni” the lifeguard the chef and the staff from kitchen! We highly recommend Hotel Shipka all the best from Nico ,Aurora,Ion and Coca!
