Fantastic large suite at a very reasonable price. Used both the outdoor hot tub and the small gym. All facilities well kept and in good condition. Very welcome to see the inclusion of both a washer and tumble drier within the room. Water pressure was fantastic and the kitchen was very well supplied. Could not recommend more. Resort is only a short drive from Golden (which we both really enjoyed seeing).

Our room had a lot of deferred maintenance. The blinds to the balcony were broken which made it difficult to access it. There was no table to set up a laptop, and very few electrical outlets to charge up phones, tablets and laptops. I could not work to WIFI because the directions said enter your room number and the provided password, but when i selected the guest WIFI it did not ask for a username or password and so it did not work. In the morning i asked at the desk and the instructions should have read Select the WIFI (but not Kicking Horse Guest) with your room number and i would been asked to put in the password provided then. There was no milk for the coffee in the lobby and there was only one cup in the room, no tea towel or the little things that make a stay more convenient. The name of the Lodge was not consistent; there is at least another building that seems to be related and collectively owned by another company, whose name i did not recognize.

The room was a large 2 bedroom plus kitchen and living room, and the views were spectacular.

Very cozy with lots of room, well equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer in the room, great view, balcony. I would definitely stay there again. Great value for the price (I visited in shoulder season).
