Nice house with big pet/child friendly backyard on a flat section. Easy walking distance (5mins) to the beach, esplanade, and for the necessities at the small selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, take-aways, etc. If you like walking then you'll enjoy the easy 40min walk (dog friendly on the leash at all times) into Caloundra along the beachfront on the esplanade walkway between Golden Beach and the city.
