Please note that there is a 0.9% charge when you pay with a credit card.Please note there is no daily room cleaning included in your reservation if you are staying 7 nights or less. If you are staying 8 nights or more you will receive a complimentary room clean in the middle of your stay. Please contact reception on arrival if you wish to receive a daily room clean as this will be an additional cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Accommodation was excellent. Staff very helpful with guidance on what to see and do. The only issue I have is we needed to borrow the large luggage trolly to take our suitcases to the car. When the lift arrived my husband took the trolley into the 3rd life and before the next person got in doors closed and it went to down to the floor below, then came back up and I went to get in but the lift stopped short of the floor by about 2inches and as I was walking in to avoid the large luggage trolly, I tripped and twisted my left foot. I did report it to reception on our way out. I was told the Manager was not there and they would organize an accident report and email to me. To date I have not received it. My foot was bruised and swollen for 7 days and is still sore now. I would appreciate a copy of the incident report promised.

We were lucky enough to get the 10th floor overlooking the riverside so experienced a couple of amazing sunsets. The balcony leading out from bedroom and living space was gorgeous. The layout is spacious and superb. Apartment clean and location excellent. Short 5-10min walk to main Cavill avenue and secure underground parking with access to lifts. Everything we needed.

Spectacular room, huge balcony. Great kitchen facilities. Lovely bathroom. Even had washing machine and tumble dryer with complimentary washing powder. Only a short walk to the beach, and very close to the restaurants, bars and shops. Fantastic hotel.
