Good location. Fabulous views and lovely sunlight as our unit was high up in the building and north facing. Large living and master bedroom. Had all we needed. Loved having a swimming pool, spa and pool room to use. Free parking.

Great modern apartment with amazing view of the ocean, has all you need in terms of internal facilities, includes on site gym, bbq and pool, and is in walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach.

These self-contained apartments are in the perfect location for shopping, beach, casino and restaraunts. All are within walking distance, or also you can catch the tram only 50 metres from the front door to go north to Surfers Paradise or South to Broadbeach South and Pacific Fair. We were given 3 sets of keys, Check-in was fast. Lifts were fast. Pool and spa were warm. Great pool area. Gym, games room etc. We could also see the ocean glimpses from our 9th floor room and a lovely night-lights city view.
