Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.Between the 28th April 2025 and the 14th September 2025, some of the windows in the building are being replaced. There will be minimal disruption to guests during this time as the units that are having the widows replaced will not be available to book. There will be some noise, but this will be limited to 8.00am -4.00pm Mon-Fri ONLY. There will be workers on site and some scaffolding to the side of the building. They will be working only on one level of the building at a time. If you do make a booking during this time, your ocean views will not be disrupted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Fabulous location and close to the light rail/ buses to get to various Gold Coast activities (such as Theme parks). Apartment was comfortable. Can hire extra beach towels from reception.

The best location. On the beach, close proximity to walk to restaurants, G Link. The apartment was spacious, with a beautiful view of the water and Esplanade.

The location was perfect - short stroll into main Surfers and tram stop. Friendly staff and facilities were great.
