The place was excellent but because I travelled with a client that has need the complex did not have wheelchair accessible showers in the complex. That was not the fault of the owner of the property but we did manage to take my client to the Olympic to shower her. The pool downstairs was not really warm to swim in even though they said it would be when I rang the renaissance complex. But not to worry we did enjoy our stay. Thanks so much. Our host were wonderful in making us feel welcomed...

Excellent facilities including warm pools and spas. We had issues with car park pass but was sorted quickly between agent and security once alerted. Unfortunate issue was always after hours making it more frustrating.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Surfers Paradise and having the Cole’s Plaza below us was a big plus. It was so easy to nip down in the lift to do some shopping. Our two bedroom apartment was nice and very comfortable. The lounge chairs were also comfortable and we had Foxtel which was a bonus, as I’m used to watching it back home. The view from the lounge room looks out at other high rises as well as the beach. Below, we looked over the large swimming pool and spa. The pool was too cold for us to go swimming and the spa was usually full of children, being children. The indoor pool also was too cold for me, but the spa was warm. It’s a long walk through the gardens to get back to the lifts when it’s quite cool at night. I had two single beds in my bedroom and my bed was extremely comfortable for me, as were the pillows. The main bedroom is quite large, with ensuite and walk in closet. Our kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn’t do any cooking, only breakfast. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning, but we didn’t need to use it as we never felt cold. Overall, we loved our stay in our apartment and were sorry when it was time for us to come home. We would have loved to have stayed longer, hopefully next time…
