Fantastic pools. Outdoor pools were alot of fun, the main pool was cold but swimmable, had both shallow areas and then deep over our heads in places. Outdoor spa and a kids pool. Kids pool had a fun slide and was warmer. Indoor pool was warm and deep, also over our head in places. Hot indoor spa and sauna. We were each supplied with a pool towel in our room. Check in/out was easy, as was the carpark. We received a message to check we had checked in successfully, and also a follow up message to check everything was satisfactory, with the apartment etc. Location is great. A short walk to the beach or shops. Apartment was nice, 26th floor, walk in and instantly the beach view hits you. Amazing view. Apartment is a little dated, but we went not expecting "flash and perfect" and were quite happy with it. Kitchen well equipped, having a toastie machine was great. Beds were comfy enough. Main room had large bed, a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Shower and a bath (not spa bath). Other end of apartment was a room with double/queen bed, a third room with 2 single beds. Both with wardrobes. The 2 girls turned their beds to make a more spacious layout which made it nicer for our stay. A second bathroom up that end also. Laundry had washer and dryer. One small clothes horse - a larger or a second would have made things a little easier Plenty of space for the 6 of us. 2 parents, 2 young adults and 2 pre-teens 8 nights. Could hear the nightlife/traffic/sirens etc at night but didnt stop any of from sleeping. Did make use of the games room, claw machines and air hockey battles, was a couple of arcade type games also. Did not use the gym, and did not end up trying the thai restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend.

The Crown towers location was amazing. Tram stop directly at the back that got us to everything we wanted in Cavill Ave. We had a 2yr old and the pool was perfect for him. Slide and pirate ship was a god send on our rest days. 1 block from the beach.. Staff were amazing. The view from our apartment on the 26 floor was amazing. Would rise with the sun and watch the waves. Loved it.
