Great accommodation right in the middle of Surfers, close to everything, includung the tram. Awesome view of the beach & skyline. Apartment had everything we needed, including very efficient air-conditioning (or heating on this occasion!) on-site parking.

The location of the 30-th floor property was fabulous. From the generously-sized balcony we had a clear view of the ocean, as well as the surrounding buildings and points of interest (the tram, the Slingshot). An added bonus was listening to the ocean all day and all night. The warm spa was relaxing and an excellent way to start the morning. Dealing directly with the owner was straightforward and an advantage.
