Fabulous location and complex. Staff were always available and extremely friendly and helpful. Our new location for an annual holiday.

Was supposed to fly home on the 7th of march but flight cancelled due to cyclone alfred so needed to find new accommodation. Rang Lillian in distress and asked if apartment was available until the 8th. She said yes. Then found out flights cancelled until the 9th so rang Lillian again. She said yes and gave me a discounted price to continue staying at the apartment. She then dropped off extra toilet paper and towels, dish washing liquid etc. We then found out flights were cancelled to the 10th so again spoke to Lillian. She said we could continue to stay at the apartment. Flights were cancelled again to the 11th. Once again spoke to Lillian and she extended our stay at the discounted price. Finally got home on the 11th. So 10/10 to Lillian for her support and compassion and her hug when she dropped off more supplies for us. It was a very stressful time but Lillian at least took away the stress of accommodation. Thankyou. Would highly recommend staying here
