it was sound proof as can be very noisy in the streets . could not hear others up early & about in the flat . loved two rooms & bathrooms . location was amazing for broadbeach blues

Fantastic location, walking distance to surf club and Broadbeach mall with lots of dining options. Pacific Fair and tram stop within easy walking distance. Star complex across the road. Pool and spa located on level 2 was a nice area. Couch in apartment was really comfortable. Adequate cooking utilities. Good views all through the property. Great beach at end of street - patrolled.
