Very poor booking, we couldn't get into the property as there was no record of our booking, we had to book into another hotel for 2 nights, which cost us $1900, till we managed to sort out the poor booking mess your office did, We expect compensation from your office for the problems you caused with your poor office work, this problem ruined our holiday, (but in the past we have used BOOKING. COM many times, but with this poor office work this time we are reluctant to use it again, unless Regards Desmond Kuss
