The apartment was extremely comfortable and homely and located in such a fantastic location (close to beach, Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise). The balcony view was amazing. Due to the cyclone hitting the Gold Coast we were housebound for nearly four days, which prevented us from leaving the apartment; the facilities (pool, spa, sauna and gym) were fantastic and allowed us sporadic time away from the apartment. When in the apartment, it was comfortable and spacious enough to allow myself, brother and son space to ourselves without climbing the walls and irritating each other. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area were all very comfortable and homely. The laundry facilities were also really handy. Communication received after the booking was confirmed as well as prior to our stay was really appreciated. The staff and management who look after the apartment complex were extremely friendly and ensured that we were safe and provided us with regular updated information as the cyclone hit the Gold Coast, which was also really appreciated.
