We had no idea of lock boxes or where they were. Went into the Mantra and was told it was a private accommodation as in Air BnB. When I was booking the apartment, there was no mention that it was a 'private accommodation' so could not understand how we weren't booked into the Mantra. I felt deceived at this as there was no transparency and honesty regarding this. Contacted via booking.com and agent was difficult to understand as she was in another country and had a difficult accent for me to understand.

Where do I start... The location was great, suited us as we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. The unit was great. Very spacious, very clean. The views were AMAZING! Loved the vibes from below, seeing the ocean, the amazing skyline!
