The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.All guests are required to present a valid photo ID & credit card upon check in.

30th floor unit with beautiful sea views. There was some building works during the day which was noisy but we weren't inhe unit most daylight hours. Amazing heated indoor pool and spa which were quiet. Good 3 lifts so no long waits or stairs. The Indian restaurant at the front of the building isn't too bad. Its 1 block to the beach and a decent Cafe. We left the car parked except for when leaving surfers paradise. Toddler happily walked to time zone, restaurants, along the beach etc as everything is close . The Unit was a very good size and the wifi worked. We will happily stay again.
