Rather new villa with fresh furniture, near to main Gocek waterfront restaurants and the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean pool.

Modern, clean new property really good air con in all the rooms- an absolute must here in August- temperatures not dropping below 23 at anytime and in the early to mid 30s everyday if not more. Our young daughter loved the pool. Owner was very responsive to all messages and arrived immediately to show us in. There are 4 villas, the owner’s is at the top of the row, ours -villa 3 was next down and so on. All villa pools and gardens are slightly overlooked but as far we could see this was the case in nearly all of the other properties too and is just accepted here and was in fact not a problem at all. It was a wonderfully quiet location with just the sound of crickets in the background except when there was some event on in the nearby hotel but these generally wrap up fairly early. There was surprisingly few flies and mosquitoes although there are enough when sitting out in the evening that you will get at least a bite or two. The villa is within a pleasant 5- 10 minute walking distance to the main thoroughfare of restaurants and shops. Gocek was exactly what we wanted - not full of Brits abroad , not too touristy, felt more like the Istanbul elite on holiday, not too busy but had a pleasant atmosphere, easy to get to - drive and walk - grocery stores and delis. Easy to drive around - v few cars on the roads. Parking isn’t great though.
