The flat is renovated and you have 2 rooms which can be useful. There is also a washing machine, a big tv with many possibilities. It is not expensieve so you get value for the money you pay.

very comfortable apartment, there is everything you need, the location is excellent, a couple of minutes to the lake and the beach, 10 minutes to the city center and a supermarket, thank you for the coffee and drinks in the fridge, special thanks for the books in the apartment, my daughter really appreciated and read two in three days
