Excelent location - both city center and grunberg cable car station within walking distance, as well as grocery and other shops. Charming old building, with outside seating area and bbq facilities available. Well equipped kitchen for easy holiday cooking, nespresso machine- the host prepared several capsulsed together with refreshment surprise in the fridge (sparkling water, wine, beers, juice, milk for coffee) which was super nice in the hot weather we had

The spirit of the accommodation, austrian style, a lot of space, fully equipped. Great location in Gmunden, close to center, very calm place. Parking including.

Perfect little house, mix of old and new (e.g. infra heating panels). Spacious and well equipped, nice garden. Private parking spot for one car right in front of the house. The host was easy to reach and the one thing we asked for (a hairdryer), he brought to us with no delay.
