Views from hotel over Severn vally stunning. Room on floor 3 but no lift. We did have help with our bags from receptionist. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast

The staff on both the check-in desk and bar, were very friendly and helpful. Bonus points for being able to lend me a phone charger plug. Beautiful views of the valley below whilst taking drinks on the decking.
