The staff were amazingly helpful! The nighttime manager, Tiffany(?) and daytime manager, Merce, were both professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful to an amazing degree. Tiffany bent over backwards to ensure that my medical syringes were safely refrigerated and my gel packs (to keep my syringes chilled during traveling) were frozen. Tiffany was effusively welcoming. When I inquired about the coffee near the reception running out, Merce personally checked on it, and carried the freshly made coffee over himself from the kitchen. Merce made me feel very well cared for, and he was particularly professional and punctiliously smart, much like the excellent reception I receive when I stay at a posh hotel like the Ritz Carleton or Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast was very good, with fresh, thankfully not overcooked eggs served daily. The dark roast coffee was very good. The beds were very comfortable (and I have a bad back). The rooms were very quiet. My hotel room was sparkling clean. This was one of the best Hampton Inns that I have lodged at in several important ways.

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient to the East Side plus north suburbs. The afternoon young woman at the front desk was very helpful.
