Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories.Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request.When traveling with pets, please note that a deposit is required.

The property is ideally located, clean and comfortable. The customer service is great and changed my room in one phone call due to a faulty door, and provided a free upgrade.

2 bedroom apartment for a family trip with our daughter. Our stay was pleasant. Big plus: it is a very short (2min) walk to the train station which made reaching the airport and Zurich very easy. Place was clean. Price is good taking into account that it is Switzerland. Area in apartment good size for a 2 bedroom. Cutlery supplied in good condition as well as a new sponge to wash dishes/kitchen towels.

Everything I needed for a 4 day stay was there: kitchen facilities, wifi, comfy beds, ample storage, laundry and iron, hairdryer, nice shower.
