Great venue for a special occasion. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check in. The decor is stunning, and the marketing of the hotel and the extras packages is really good.

Lovely hotel in the Merchant City. Good location for trains, buses and subway as well as shopping. Beautiful decor everywhere. The staff were all lovely and welcoming xx
