Brilliant stay at Melodia. The house is beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location with a short walk into the old bazaar. The thing that stood out the most to us was the amazing hospitality from the owner. She met us at the house and provided us with lots of useful information on the history of Gjirokaster, local things to do and places to eat. She also left lots of fresh food, raki and treats. A wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment and the host is amazing. We were given lots of local produce like eggs, jam, bread, butter etc. so well stocked.

Deni's house is perfectly located. It is a beautiful old style Gjirokastër house in walking distance of the bazar and the castle and with a stunning view on the mountains. Deni told us passionately about the history of Gjirokastër and her family. We had a perfect breakfast with home made jams and in the evening a home made raki.

Best stocked property ever. The food was great for the family. Milk, eggs, jam, bread, coffee, tea, and my personal favorite home made raki. Beautiful old building repaired by the family. 2 bathrooms is great. Tourist sights are walking distance. Great kitchen. Free baby crib.
