- Friendly staff with great hospitality, always eager to assist. - Private underground parking. - Hotel is in the center of Giresun. - Clean, comfortable rooms. We booked two rooms, one with double bed and other with two single beds and both rooms side-by-side on the same floor. We got exactly what we asked for.

Nice hotel, great location, spacious room with all the amenities. Had most wonderful view from the window - to the castle and the sea - perfect, what else is to add :) Hotel had underground garage which was a big bonus when traveling by car. We also had decent breakfast. Location is central but really quite, there is a lovely restaurant right by that we enjoyed having late dinner.

The hotel is very close to the beautiful Giresun castle and fortress remains that have an incredible view out to Giresun island and over the town. The room was very comfortable with a good firm mattress on the bed and a really good bathroom with good water pressure. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
