Close to Gion, the shuttle bus every morning which is really useful, the pyjamas:), the breakfast, free tea tasting and meeting with a maiko who was beautiful and really nice with good English skills. Big room, comfortable beds, the staff

Good localization, additional hotel services (shuttle bus to Kyoto station, sake happy hour, karaoke parties). Rooms and bed are rather larger than japanese standard.

Perfect location walking distance to the markets and other tourist activities. The hotel and room decor is great! high speed internet connectivity, comfortable beds, clean & great bathroom setup. There is a free shuttle to and from the central station multiple times a day.
