All, everything about this hotel, the hotel is very beautiful, lovely, and clean, the staff are very warmly welcomed, I would like to thanks lady gaby and her teams, they are super, very nice and very welcome. The dinner and breakfast there are magnificent, beautiful and taste very delicious, I strongly suggest the people who booked the stay in the hotel or people who come to visit this area to try their dinner.

A family run hotel where the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly and did their best to accommodate all our individual needs and our stay here has been the highlight of our 10 day driving holiday. The evening dinner and breakfast were delicious, beautifully presented and sourced from local producers. Boat hire being available at the hotel was an added bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed spending an afternoon exploring the beautiful waterways. Would definitely love to return and would have extended our stay if a room had been available..

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were all very helpful and the Chef/owner prepares amazing dishes. The set dinner was delicious and the breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean and modern. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Giethoorn.
