Check-in after 10:30 pm is subject to prior approval of the property and involves a supplement of €50.00 to be paid, in cash, at check-in.It is possible to use, with any guests of the other two houses in the building, of the same property, “Luxury Relaxing Home with heated pool near Catania, Taormina, the Sea and Mount Etna” and “Delightful Relaxing Home with heated pool near Catania, Taormina, the Sea and Mount Etna”, the outdoor swimming pool, UNGUARDED, in the garden, on the ground floor of the building, heated in the cooler periods of the year, and also the external area equipped with tables, sun loungers and deck chairs and the internal relaxation area equipped with tables, sofas, fridge, TV and showers; in the garden and in the swimming pool children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.The admission of a pet, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is subject to prior approval by the property, with an additional cost of €40.00 per stay, to be paid in cash at check-in,Domestic animals are not allowed at the comunal area of Swimming Pool an areas of relaxPlease note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.Please communicate, at the time of booking, the time you expect to arrive and the expected check-out time, if earlier than the hotel's scheduled time (10 am).

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped (from coffee maker, kitchen grill, lots of dishes to dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Despite the fact that we didn’t have the need, but we noted that there were a lot of stuff for children, which was also great! As for the location, the apartment is situated within walking distance of the main piazza and shops. We parked our car in the courtyard, so it was 100% safe. The host was very friendly and gave some pieces of advice on the local restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. All in all, our stay was so great, that my children refused to leave the apartment :)

The apartment was very bright and spacious and was equipped with everything you could think of, including wifi, washing machines, ac and tv in every room, all kitchen appliances..etc. The owner, Francesco, was very helpful and did his very best to accommodate our every request. We were travelling to attend a wedding and Francesco let us use the apartment well before the check-in time so that we were able to get ready at no extra charge. Additionally, one of our family members had mobility problems, and Francesco was also willing to offer further arrangements to our benefit. Thank you Francesco. Moreover, the property is centrally located in a street full of shops and restaurants. Nonetheless, the property is very safe.

Everything was perfect: the support from Francesco giving us lots of recommendations, the location (with a really beautiful view of Etna), the facilities (lovely and modern apartment), very confortable and I would definitely choose it again in my next visit to Sicily.
