In order to comply with social distancing guidelines regarding Covid-19, our guests need to reserve their spots (and a time-slot of 1 hour) at the swimming pool upon checking in or during their stay.Please note that payment before arrival via a secured link is required. The property will contact you after the booking to provide instructions.Please note that some areas are in Ghent are pedestrianized. When travelling to this accommodation by car, please inform the owner on forehand, so they can make sure that the area is accessible. The area 'Tolhuis' is accessible from the highway (R40) via the access roads Tolhuislaan or Doornzelestraat. When there is no parking space, guests are advised to park their car at the public parking 'Vrijdagmarkt P1'.Please note that, for a group booking of more than 5 rooms, that the cancellation policy: Flexible 14 days applies.

Beautiful bathroom and view from the riverside room. Located right in the centre as well so easy to find places to go and eat. Receptionist was lovely.

Really excellent staff, friendly & helpful. A small family run establishment who were so helpful. We arrived early, but they found a parking space for us and whilst we went to explore they stored our luggage and it had been delivered to the room when we returned. Well appointed bedroom with comfortable beds. The Hotel has a car parking which is an absolute necessity as the Hotel is situated in a pedestrian area. A very short walk along the canal to the Castle and City centre, loads of local cafe's restaurants within a short walk. The Hotel has a comfortable guest lounge that provides light snacks & coffee. One of the best breakfasts we have had in the breakfast room overlooking the canal. We would definitely go again if we were to return to Ghent.
