The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I really liked the facilities — especially the kitchenette for cooking small meals and the washing machine, which was very helpful since we stayed for 4 days. The location was great too, with easy access to George Town and many other attractions. With a few maintenance updates, this place could offer a much better experience.

Firdt thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. The furniture was of good design and quality. The decor is quite modern and done tastefully. A bonus was an LG smart water dispenser which we liked very much. The towels were clean with no stains same as the bedding. Water heating was fast. The internet was fast. The smart TV worked well and can access Netflix and Prime. They operator is responsive to our needs and attended to repairs and our requests promptly.

The property is well maintained and kept very clean. The area is convenient to travel around also the owners are friendly and check in on if there are any issues

The appartment was just as the pictures suggested. Well organised, with enough amenities and towels, and beautiful seaside view. Water purifier, which also provided hot (tea) and cold water was very useful. There are four elevators operating in the building, so you don't have to wait too long. Child cot was also provided upon request. Location is convenient - there are some small shops in the building (coffee/pastry, noodles, basic groceries) and the Mariott hotel in the building also has a restaurant (though we weren't very satisfied with the service). Parking is available for two cars, it's on the 8th floor that you have to drive to in a spiral - we didn't find this an issue.
