The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 June 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a city tax of MYR 3 per room per night, which is payable directly to the resort upon check-in.

Great location. Right outside was the Macalister road pasar malam (food street). So so convenient. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here next time when in Penang.

This hotel located in the middle of town. Walking distance to many eateries. There is Non-halal street vendors at night just below the hotel. Parking is complementary or free.
