The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a Penang Heritage Tax applies and is not included in the rates. Rates are MYR 2 per room per night, MYR 0.50 per person per night (dormitory). This is to be paid upon check in
For bookings of 5 rooms or more, please note that a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total charges is required upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

everything about the facilities is ok. lovee our double deluxe room, it exceeded our expectation. bathroom is nice, bed is comfy, and the hotel is v pretty with pink detailings. only 2-5 mins walk to komtar, surrounded by various kind of eateries. you can just walk to get to your desired location.

I really like this hotel, the cleanliness is excellent.. The room is very spacious, and the price is reasonable.. The male receptionist is very friendly.. I recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Penang to stay here.
