The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Children under 2 years stays for free when using existing beds. A maximum of one child under 2 years is allowed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fantastic room, I liked the split level with separate sitting area. The bathroom was spacious with two separate showers and toilets. The decor around the hotel is beautiful. It is close enough to central George Town to walk around.

An old colonial building with impeccable decor. Charming yet comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant is lovely too. A quiet location off the main road yet central.

From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful, polite, and pleasant. The hotel features a stylish yet classic decor that creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around much easier.

Very welcoming check in. Beautiful surroundings. We loved our rooms especially the triple which had the upstairs beds and the most enormous TV! Nice toileteries and welcome pack in room. Delicious breakfast. We like to choose from menu rather than buffet. Youngsters enjoyed the pancake option! Excellent sleep in a comfy bed. Choice of fan and air con which suits us well. Pleasant staff around the hotel created a nice vibe!
