The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

1. The room is not very spacious but is minimalist and refreshing. 2. The flooring is made of a material similar to synthetic wood, which is less prone to scratches and much better than old, worn-out carpets that might feel unpleasant. 3. Basic toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided. 4. It is close to the attractions and restaurants we want to visit. The drive is mostly about 5-15 minutes, depending on the traffic. 5. The café on Level G has good food and excellent service. I particularly enjoyed their Hokkien spaghetti. By the way, this café is not part of the hotel; it operates independently. However, they offer a small discount to hotel guests if I remember correctly.

Urban H Hotel offers great value with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a prime location. Staff were fantastic - they changed room for me when I feedback that the air conditioning was not working.
