The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Penang State Goverment requires hotel to collect a Hotel Fee of RM2 per room per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything about this place is perfect. We loved it so much we extended our stay for another 2 days. The staff is the sweetest and so attentive, special thanks goes to the breakfast crew, they arranged us an early breakfast at 6:30 one day and the lady even offered to make us homemade juice ♥️ The pool has a spa mode and you get free towels any time you come to the pool. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The rooms are really clean, tap water is drinkable.

Room was very clean and comfortable, I booked a cabin which was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was simple yet fresh and tasty, with various local options rotating every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to give advice and tips. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Hotel felt safe, which was important to me as a solo traveller, 24/7 security on site. Great location near the ferry terminal and Little India.
