The studio is clean and big for 4 adults. It has all the facilities. It has 2 aircon and a fan. The TV is big. There is a washing machine and refrigerator. All cooking utilities are there. There are Starbucks and News shops. Behind the building, there is a small Muslim restaurant. The apartment is beside Gleneargle Hospital. To get a Grab service is very easy. The owner provided 1 parking space. The owner is very friendly and approachable. We can contact him anytime, and he will respond quite fast. Of course not after midnight. Easy to access. And easy to collect the house key. The security people are friendly too.

Room was spacious got balcony, fully occupied with washing machine,iron,fridge,full kitchen set and smart TV.Feeling like moving to new house.Parking space exclusive for guest,very helpful house owner🏡

1. Very clean! This is something basic but during my 1 month travel I found this is not guaranteed by all apartments... 2. Views are wonderful, especially the night views! It's the 29/F, so we can see the whole views, no buildings around block our sight. We can also enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset. 3. There're 2 air-con. We just turn on one since one is enough to be very cold. 4. Wifi is good. 5. The host provided fast response. We stayed for 7 days. He's also very friendly to answer our questions all the time. 6. Good location. Just need to cross the road, we can take the bus. Can save money for taxi or grab. We also walked sometimes, but it was hot outside during daytime so we didn't walk each time. 7. The drying rack is big. Very enough for 3 people to hang their clothes. There're also clothes pegs, which makes life easier. 8. The host put knives in drawers with child safety locks, which took us some time to figure out how to open it since we never used that. We at the end just asked him. However we really appreciate that since his purpose is to protect guests, very considerate of him. 9. Shampoo and shower gel are provided.
