The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

The room is big but the TV is old and with limited channels. The cleanliness is just ok. For breakfast, we need to go to the other hotel to take the breakfast.

The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with complete amenities. Special thanks to Anis from the front desk who assisted me during check-in—she was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. A pleasant stay overall!

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, with a clean balcony. The location is great, within walking distance to the Arena of Stars. I had a pleasant experience with one staff member during check-in, although the same person appeared a bit moody during my checkout the next day. On a positive note, the team at the luggage storage area was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
