Once we moved rooms it was clean and comfortable. The staff always got back to us quickly and sorted any problems for us as fast as they could.

The room is nice and cosy. Very near to the Genting Skyworld. The room is well equipped with whatever i needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was okay. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. Great facilities and function well. Toilet and room clean. Maybe can provide coffee or tea and maggi hot cup for a relaxing snack.

I like that they provide extra bed so kids can sleep on it. The pool is nice and warm.
