I came very late and they host met me on the street. The room was clean as well as WC and bathroom. There is a kitchen in the apartment with everything one needs for cooking. Coffee and tea was for free. I had breakfasts and dinners there. The location is also very convenient, the railway station is 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. Metro station is also close, so you can reach any sight you want.

I liked the owner, very nice person who was expecting us (in other towns I have never seen the owner), helped us with parking and promoted our room, he was very nice and gave us all sorts of information. Room is nice, clean, bathroom very well equipped, great towels. There is a bar just downstairs where you can have breakfast, nice waitress! Excellent location, some 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

Met on arrival just outside apartment which is about 20-25 minute walk from nearby Piazza Principe station, good for a one night stay. Note that the bathroom is not ensuite and there is no fan or aircon. But given that it was autumn, neither were needed.
