He will have to pay it in cash. The deposit will be refunded to you in full in cash upon check-out after a check of the condition of the accommodation.Sheets and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. You can rent them at the property for an additional cost of EUR 12 per person or bring your own.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location is perfect, in walking distance to the center of town, to Acquarium only 10 minutes walk. We got nice and detail instructions (photos and movie) how open keybox, how to get from unground parking garage to the flat etc.. It would be usefull to have also some small plan of location indicating direction of arrival to garage entrance, which is in fact from another street on opposite side of building than normal "pedestrian" entrance, which you will find by Google/Booking. In fact it was little bit complicated but we managed. As already somebody mention, this appartment is OK for family with one child, and or 3 person maximum. For 4 person is little bit too crowded.
