First of all, the villa is stunning—impressive and beautiful from the moment you pass the gate. Well-kept lawn, beautiful structure, a wow-worthy terrace, and the access to the pool feels like a dream. Andreas was waiting for us and welcomed us exactly at the agreed time with delicious juice. He explained everything we needed to know about the villa and this part of Rhodes, including where to eat, where the nearest supermarkets are, which beaches are worth visiting, and even what kind of mosquitoes to expect and where. We came on vacation as two couples with two babies and a small child, and the house was perfectly equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed—even olive oil, salt and pepper, a cutting board, endless utensils for both adults and kids, a coffee machine, and best of all—a dishwasher! There’s a washing machine, a first aid kit, and even a cooler, beach mat, and umbrella if you want to head to the beach. Super baby- and child-friendly. We had two baby cribs and two high chairs, and even small tubs we used to bathe the kids by the pool in the afternoons. The pool is absolutely amazing. It was a bit windy, so we couldn’t always get in because it was chilly (early June), but on the days we did—it was pure pleasure. Clean and comfortable. The upstairs rooms are cozy, clean, air-conditioned, with fresh sheets (no warm blankets), and the view is breathtaking. There’s even a hairdryer in the bathroom and towels. We had a great time—stayed for 4 days, just an hour and a half drive from the airport in a rental car. There are supermarkets nearby and it's a 30-minute drive to Lindos. We’re sure we’ll be back, probably for at least a full week. Highly recommended!

We rented both Filoxenia Villas for a big family holiday for 3 generations including young children. We had high hopes before we arrived - and they were far exceeded! They are 2 beautiful, wonderfully practical and perfectly equipped properties with lovely pools. And Olga and Andreas were perfect hosts - approachable, flexible and generous with helpful information. And the pastries they brought were lovely!

A villa that is an example of a holiday home, amazingly designed, clean and spacious and the hosts above all. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect. A secluded and perfect beach within walking distance, a large and luxurious pool. we will be back..

Everything. It was clean, had all amenities needed for us as a family, pool inflatables, iron, cleaning products and even shower gels Immaculate on arrival and well maintained The hosts are the best part there is nothing they won’t do for you!!!
