Prices are shocking staff are horrendous in customer service they couldn't care less, no towels changed in three days, but the reception staff are the worst I've ever came across.

The front desk and the shuttle driver made the stay work for us. We did need a little extra support one morning, and the front desk were fantastic and made things much easier for us to manage.

Room was very clean, tidy and temperature controlled. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good with a large shower, sheets and towels etc good.TV excellent. The breakfast buffet and evening dining were good quality and the facilities were clean and organised. Bus shuttle to and from airport excellent (within certain hours). Staff friendly, co-operative and efficient.
