The room was sufficiently large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and looked new. The hotel is not large with only not many rooms available. There was no elevator to get to the second floor for those who are assigned rooms on the second floor. Breakfast was sent to each room at around 7 a.m. Breakfast consisted of a plate of rice with fried egg and tuna flakes in tomato sauce (as per my request as I did not want the ham). Gen San is after all the tuna capital of the Philippines. Coffee came in a 3-in-1 packet.

The service and the cleanliness of the room. The last trip I’ve left our trophy in the room and we totally forgotten about it. During this trip we were surprise that they handed it to us with a smile ! Great & honest staff they have yah😆

Location is okay. Situated within two blocks of SM General Santos. Room for 3 is spacious and clean. Two pillows were provided per person. Staff were very friendly and assistive. They respond promptly to inquiries prior to booking. Taxi/shuttle to and from airport can be arranged at PhP 700 per way. Breakfast was served on time.

Close to the mall. Clean. Big room. Spacious bathroom. Affordable.
