What I really liked about the Villa is how peaceful and quiet the place is. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a laid-back vacation. You can access the pool anytime, which is a big plus if you love taking a dip whenever you feel like it. I also appreciated that they offer room cleaning every 3 days. It keeps the space feeling fresh without being intrusive. The location is super convenient too. There are plenty of stores nearby, including motorbike rentals, restaurants, and even laundry shops, so everything you need is within easy reach.

The apartment was super spacious and very well equipped, with very good shower and aircon. The location was very convenient, walking distance to Cloud 9 and a short ride to General Luna, with very good coffee shops and restaurants just across the street. The place was beautiful, slightly hidden from the main street, both the gardens and the interior of the villas nicely decorated with local plants. Very friendly staff. Would go back.

This place is truly exceptional. It's peaceful, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature. I especially loved the garden and the pool, and of course, the room was great too. The owner was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a huge help. It was a wonderful experience staying in Katmon, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would appreciate such a setting.

Staff were lovely at Katmon Villas. Place is beautiful with lovely rooms. Little bit outside of General Luna but if you ride a Moped it’s not an issue. Right on Cloud 9 if you’re looking to surf. Thankyou.
